UFA Budget helps you record and plan education spending. It is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with the Utah Fits All Scholarship program, its administrator, or the Utah State Board of Education, and it does not speak for them.
Category limits, caps, and warnings in the app are a convenience based on published program rules, which change. They are not a ruling on what will be reimbursed. Confirm anything that matters with your program administrator before you spend. You are responsible for your own submissions and records.
You keep ownership of everything you enter. Without an account it is stored only on your device and we have no copy, which means we cannot recover it if the device is lost or the browser is cleared. Keeping backups is your responsibility, and the app gives you a one-tap export to make that easy.
A Pro subscription adds syncing, receipt backup, and receipt text search. It is billed through Stripe and you can cancel any time; cancelling stops those features and deletes nothing from your device. Do not share your account, and tell us if you think someone else has access to it.
The app is provided as is. We work to keep it running and correct, but we do not promise it will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from using it, including money spent or not reimbursed.
These terms may change. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms, and the date above will tell you when they last moved.
